Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities developed in it, will apply Spanish law, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, being competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use the Courts and Tribunals of the Community of Madrid.

Return, refund, cancellation and minimum age policies

The User may exercise his right of withdrawal, according to which he may recover the money paid for the order without having to justify his decision. To do so, the User has fourteen 14 calendar days from its effective registration on the portal. To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must send an email to info@adjudicacionestic.com with his decision to withdraw from the contract. The User will be obliged to pay the management costs that may arise from this option.

Return and cancellation conditions for private customers

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

  1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by AdjudicacionesTIC, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
  2. The provision of services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations that AdjudicacionesTIC cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of services prepared according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  4. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
