At AdjudicacionesTIC / TendersTool, we value integrity, transparency and accountability. In line with Law 02/2023, we have established a Whistleblower Channel to ensure that everyone can report any irregular activity, misconduct or violation of our policies and code of ethics.
What is the Whistleblower Channel?
The Whistleblower Channel is a confidential tool that allows employees, suppliers, customers and anyone else associated with AdjudicacionesTIC / TendersTool to report any suspected misconduct, legal violations or unethical practices within our organization.

How does it work?
- Confidentiality and Anonymity: All reports can be made anonymously and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

- It provides all relevant and necessary information to facilitate the investigation.
- Investigation Process: Each complaint will be investigated impartially and thoroughly by our compliance team.
- Follow-up: We will keep you informed about the status of your complaint, always respecting confidentiality.
